Not sure if you want to teach and uncertain about practice teaching? This is an incredible opportunity to take the first steps towards your yoga teacher training certification by completing the philosophy portion online at your own pace.  *No practice teaching required!(In Module 1)*

If you loved what you learned in Module 1 and are eager to learn more and take the next step – module 2 will teach you how to guide an all levels vinyasa style practice with the included anatomy and additional required lectures necessary.

Take yoga teacher training at your own pace, with support from Ahlia along the way, to get your yoga teacher certification (CYT).

With ALL of the information and resources as the accredited program but without the structured requirements for contact hours, you have the ability to navigate this training at your own pace. 100% of participants in this training who wanted to teach have successfully become yoga teachers upon completion of this program. In addition, you receive your 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate and become a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT). With this certificate you can apply to teach anywhere, but you cannot register with the Yoga Alliance.
