For my online sunshine yogis! 3-4 live hour long yoga flows per month (Includes any additional live hour long classes I offer online, does not include workshops or in person classes).

Ahlia has led a weekly community practice since 2015! Before the Pandemic, class was held at a grassy park in Encinitas with a view of the ocean and all were welcome. I had the joy of guiding long-time practitioners as well as first time yogis… expectant mamas and mamas with their babes… even pups from time to time. After the shut down, I knew I wanted to continue connecting with community weekly through Sunshine Yoga and turned to the online space in order to do so.  And now, whether you live in the Encinitas/North County area or not, you can join the weekly Live Virtual Sunshine Yoga class with me every Wednesday at 4:30pm PST.  This class is accessible for all levels, from brand new practitioners to those who have been doing yoga asana for as long as they can remember.  I offer a steady pace with layers, variations, and modifications. Each class is designed for you to feel good in your body, encouraged, connected and inspired!
