50 Minute Private Yoga Session


One-on-One 50-Minute Private Yoga Session. Clients see tremendous benefits in their alignment, flexibility, breath, engagement, opening/stretching, and meditation.


Private yoga sessions are available for individuals, small groups (2-6 people), and corporate groups. Private and Semi Private Classes Available at 50 and 80 minutes.
*Plan to spend an hour together, and no less than 50 minutes doing yoga asana, pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
